Elvis Carter was born in Sacramento, California. His best friend was his dog, Jordan, which his father got him after he got the measles. During his teen years, he started taking Karate and music lessons. He is actually a pretty good singer too. Then it all ended. A Supervillain known as the Marauder crashed his airship with a nuclear reactor into his house and destroyed his home. The radiation bestowed super powers on the young man and made him grow wings. He fought and beat the stunned villain. He took to restraining his wings, and he and his family moved to San Francisco. He became the teen sidekick for Captain Magical and called it quits after 2 years, although Capt. Magical begged him to stay. He later joined the super group, the Defenders, but lost interest after having to deal with all sorts of trouble from the other members.
After almost dying in a battle against Belicose, he became a devout Catholic, and goes to church every Sunday, reads the Bible, and lives his life the straight and narrow. He is a very generous person who gives money to the poor, uses his Hero status to make charity appearences and does work for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He never drinks alcohol, exept during Holy Communion. When not in his Hero form, he dresses well, and always has a neat appearance.
As of lately, he has encountered a cult who thinks he is the "Chosen One". Although he disagrees with them, there are always cultists following him around and they are willing to sacrifice their lives for him. He has become a police sactioned Super Hero in the City of San Francisco.
