Background: The SuperHero International Taskforce is no more. Due to poor management, and some very unfortunate actions taken by certain agents (*cough* *cough* Mav *cough*), the agency has collapsed, and its director, David Davis was committed to an insane asylum.
Now, the city is without organized protection.

Maverick (AzraelPal): The only holdover from S*H*I*T. He no longer has test-pilot status, but is hard at work on constructing a new super vehicle

Paragon: WaveCrest City's most famous superhero. Vastly powerful, he would be the greatest champion of justice, if he were not an insane megolomaniac with delusions of godhood
