Basic plot: Cascade city
is a small city just a couple hours out from Century Station. Not
as chaotic or high profile, but still quite dangerous and
unpredictable (well, unless you're a frickin' clairvoyant, I
guess).

circles, but is really just an analytical genius

Mayor of Cascade City.

Not very bright, but his bleeding heart is in it.

Cowboy": No one knows who this guy is yet, but he is
most likely the guy who shot Deeyenay.
